Sanam Farahanchi
Born and raised in Iran, I’ve always had a passion for staying active. From the age of 8, I spent winters skiing and weekends hiking with my parents. Movement has always been part of who I am—whether it’s hitting the gym, running solo, or jogging by the beach.
I graduated from FIDM in 2005 with a degree in fashion design and went on to work with design teams at several fashion industry companies, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.
After giving birth to my now 5-year-old son, I discovered FIT4MOM—an incredible community of strong, supportive mothers. It quickly became more than a workout; it became a source of strength, connection, and purpose.
In 2023, I launched my own activewear brand, BODO ActiveWear, while training to become an instructor at Fit4Mom, combining my lifelong love for movement and design. Today, I especially love teaching Stroller Strides classes—seeing new mamas and their adorable babies, and watching their smiles after a great workout, fills my heart. Helping moms feel strong, seen, and empowered is what motivates me every single day.
