Welcome to FIT4MOM® Santa Monica

FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Run Club+®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Next Run Club+ starts Feb 17th - we are training for the Mountains 2 Beach Race in Ojai April 13th. Sign up now with early bird pricing!

Body Well®

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This multi-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Winter session kicks off January 13th, training days Mon/Wed at 6am. Click here to fill out the interest form.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller.

Fitness Program for Moms

Body Boost®

Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, and core training, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood. This class is currently held on Zoom twice a week at 6am; AND in person at 9am - check out the schedule here.
